Mobile Mobile – An Interactive Sculpture

Mobile Mobile, a massive sculpture made of re-cycled mobile phones that plays Choir of the Bells when you tweet it. Mobile Mobile is a joyous seasonal story of “upcycling” using old phones and collaboration.

Great to see old mobile phones being brought back to life and not being dumped in landfills across the country. Beautiful work from the guys over at LBi.

Experiencing Abstract Information by Jochen Winker and Stefan Kuzaj

A beautiful interactive installation by Jochen Winker and Stefan Kuzaj, using Processing and VVVV. The installation displays real-time graphics to create a graphical visualisation of how much water pollution a country is responsible for. I personally love the way they used a water basin to emphasize their point further.
