Kuroshio Sea – World’s 2nd Largest Aquarium

I find this video so peaceful and beautiful, I think I can watch it everyday for the rest of my life!

The main tank called the “Kuroshio Sea” holds 7,500-cubic meters (1,981,290 gallons) of water and features the world’s second largest acrylic glass panel, measuring 8.2m by 22.5m with a thickness of 60cm. Whale sharks and manta rays are kept amongst many other fish species in the main tank.

This was shot using a Canon 5DMKII with a 28-135mm lens.

Back from Holiday!

Just got back from a much-needed 3 week holiday in the motherland, Greece.
Had an incredible time, and visited 8 islands in the space of 7 days on a friend’s boat.
Check out some photos of my adventures in the Greek islands on my Flickr page.

I hate to show off but its fun! If you feel something warm bubbling up inside you, its called “jealousy”.
Sorry.
